Expansion into Germany and Europe

USDM is a Ukrainian construction company specialising in timber construction.

I contributed to the company’s expansion into European markets by researching competitors and working on websites, presentations, social media and client materials. I also supported communication with partners and journalists as well as international supply matters.

During this period, the company completed projects in Germany, Sweden and France.

I contributed to the website development, working on its design, content and commercial proposals.

Finding a CLT panel supplier

I researched the European CLT market and found a manufacturing partner in Austria. This enabled USDM to deliver projects in Europe using CLT panels.

Project in Sweden

One project was held at customs because the fasteners used were of Chinese origin. I helped find a solution, gather information and coordinate communication between the parties. The issue was resolved and the project continued.
